Can I preview content before creating a link or sharing?

  1. Hover your cursor over the document, and locate the "..." icon. Click on it to reveal a dropdown menu.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select the "Preview" option.

Additionally, you have the option to launch a content preview directly from the content view. Please refer to the screenshot below for guidance:

If you are editing your content page you can initiate a fast preview by clicking the eyeball icon in the bottom right corner. Please note that the generated link expires in 24 hours.
